Rick Bobbitt began his career in the banking business in a small rural town during high school. Following graduation from Southwest Baptist University, he continued his career in lending, specializing in real estate. Working in Kansas City area banks, Rick further specialized
in residential construction lending and subdivision development loans. Consequently, his transition to his real estate appraisal career was a natural. While maintaining a career in banking and appraisal, Rick progressed through both the enlisted and officer ranks of the U.S. Army Reserve and is

now retiring as a Major following 27 years of service-from that of a buck private to holding a combat command during Desert Storm.
You will find that Rick is personable and has a keen sense of awareness of the needs of his students - from that of just needing continuing education to that of a new appraiser striving to pass his state examination and begin his own career in real estate appraisal.
