You can choose from multiple course options and each course is held several times at convenient locations. Bobbitt and Company Pre-License Courses are offered on the weekends and weekdays. Courses begin on time and end on time. Most courses begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 3:30 or 4:00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break. The 3-hour course begins at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. The 4-hour course begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 12:00 noon.
Who actually teaches the courses and what are their qualifications? Bobbitt and Company has three highly experienced instructors who are active appraisers in Kansas and Missouri.
Richard Bobbitt is both an experienced instructor and owner of Bobbitt and Company who was a lender at local financial institutions for over 20 years.
All National Uniform Standard Courses and National Uniform Standards Update Courses are taught by AQB Certified USPAP Instructor Robert K. Bates. Robert has extensive teaching experience including teaching at Central Missouri State College and Longview Community College. Julie Molendorp holds a teaching degree in Missouri and sits on the board of the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission.

Where are the courses held? Pre-License courses are held at our offices at 10580 Barkley, Suite 440, Overland Park, KS. Continuing Education courses are held at our offices at 10580 Barkley, Suite 440, Overland Park, KS, at the Hilton Wichita Airport Executive Conference Center in Wichita, KS and the Best Western Airport Inn in Wichita, KS. (See maps.) Courses are held in meeting rooms which are comfortable for the attendees and conveniently located. This makes attending a full day course much easier!
